Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare a 25 cm baking pan, grease it with oil and dust it with flour.

  2. Step 2

    In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat using an electric mixer until you get a thick, creamy mixture. Add the powdered milk after mixing it with water, then add the oil and mix. Next, add the flour combined with baking powder and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place it in the oven on the lower rack for 35 minutes, then move it to the top rack for an additional 10 minutes. Once baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Then, flip it onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.

  4. Step 4

    For added delicacy, substitute two tablespoons of flour with cornstarch.
